We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Undress Code pieces; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in the portal to ensure fast processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
